--- End quote ---

I had help from a very _good friend who lend me his shop for 2 weeks to do this swap... I am in debt to him, hence the sticker on the CF belt cover "TT Automotive" to honor his shop. And he's also my mentor.

In order for me to learn, he let me do most the swap myself!!! It was time consuming and of course I took my time to make sure everything was done right. There certain step that you need 2 people... 1 person inside the other outside the car or under the car...

Well all I can say that it was FUN :)

I forgot to mention... I had to modify e-brake bracket because bugeye and 04 STi e-brake handle is AWAY from the driver and 05 STi the handle is closer to the driver!!!
So I will post some photos of the differences when I have a chance, just in case someone like GC8/GF or GDA people that may want to do a swap. Although these kind of information can be found on the internet. But I'd like show you SSS members on here.
I like to contribute as much as I can for what the SSS community has given me.

Stay tune for more photos!!!

Fooling around with TE37 wrapped with Dunlop Starspecs

Dimension: 17x9
Bolt pattern: 5x114.3
Offset: +12
Tires: 255/40/17

As you can see it won't fit without a wide body... or more negative camber. It's crazy how the tire stick out further than the mudflap 555

Surprised? Well... the rim and tire came from my friend's Evo 9

It's sad to say this but it's true. Evo 9 is better for tracking... don't hate me :p
